Seaside All Suites Hotel

Loved our stay! Everything from the price to the landscape was great. Fully equipped kitchen. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach from the building we were in (there are multiple buildings and they are scattered). The area wasn't crowded. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. The sitting area outside the rooms is cute and cozy. Would definitely stay again. My only minor complaint is that the washer/dryer didn't work.

The hotel is located right next to the beach (not even 5 minutes away), and we like it so much cause the girls loved it. The room: not so cleanse but it was just to sleeping, the bed has to be changed (was making noise when we were sitting on it), missing so face cloth and only 2 big towels and we were 4 persons. I had to go to reception to ask for more each time. Overall, we had a very nice stay for our week vacation.

Great experience at Seaside Hotel. The location is excellent — the beach is just across the street, which is very convenient. The room was clean and well maintained, and everything was in good condition. A big plus is that the staff speaks both English and Spanish, which makes communication very easy. Overall, a very good option to stay in Miami thanks to its location, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommended.

This hotel truly stands out for both its exceptional location and outstanding service. The location is perfect—convenient, accessible, and close to everything you need, making the stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. What really made the experience memorable, though, was the service. Every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. A special mention goes to Caridad Martinez, whose leadership clearly reflects in the high standards of service throughout the hotel. She was welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her and her staff all made my experience top notch. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Seaside was one of the best 2-week stays I’ve ever had at a hotel, easy. The rooms are huge, open spaces with kitchenettes & remodeled bathrooms with his & her sinks, really nice, contemporary designs all throughout the property. The location is one easy street from the beach, which is of course perfect, especially since there’s not a lot of traffic most of the time. There’s places to lounge about outside, and there’s also a happy hour! The place is managed by Pita, a really nice guy who always has a smile & is very direct always, great with immediate responses to any issue I had. I’ll definitely return, it’s literally one of the best spots on the beach if you’re looking to spend under a couple hundred bucks!

For this amount of money this hotel is perfect. First of all location is great, it is very convenient to go to south beach, since everything is connected perfectly with the bus "100". Bus station is 2 minute walk from the hotel. Beach is 5 min walk from the hotel. There is a beautiful restaurant called "Blozzom Pizza Moderna Romana" very close to the hotel. They have delicious pasta and pizza. Whole apartment is very clean, it is not perfect but it is clean. There are no bugs. They provide you with the towels and you can always ask for more on reception, that is close to the hotel( 5-6 min walk) , just make sure to bring the old ones. They clean the room every 3 days. What I also really liked is that you can't hear other people from their rooms, walls are very soundproof. I didnt need a car, but I saw a lot of empty parking spaces, which is great too! My only concern was that the AC was really loud, like really loud. But you get used to it after a while. Again, for this price, this hotel is great!

There are a couple of buildings attached to this place so you might have to walk a block or so after check in but everything is still very centrally located. Got one of the full 1br suites and you get alot of space for what you pay. Staff was very nice ! Room itself was really spacious, basically a fully furnished apartment and decor and furniture was nice and up to date and unique even though you could tell the building was fairly old (not a complaint just an observation) All in all very reasonably priced and located close to the beach and alot of shops and restaurants.
